Payment Policy
After Meeting with the Catering Coordinator and selecting your date, hall, estimated number of guests and menu.  A deposit (30% of the estimate) will be required to reserve the date.

One week before the event, a final total of guests will be required, along with the linen colors.  The total bill will be calculated at that time.

Payment in full is due two days before the event.  We would request your final payment be in the form of a bank check or cash.  Thank you.
